AOCNO
The robot is responsible for two pan storerooms, which continuously and automatically grab pans from the pan storeroom and place them on the conveyor line during startup production. Automatically and continuously collect the pan and place it on a movable chain conveyor when production is stopped.
Two stainless steel mobile chain conveyors can store two types of pans separately and release them as needed.
Automatic management saves labor. When replacing the third type of pan, a dedicated trolley needs to be used to push it to the workstation, unload the pan from the warehouse onto the trolley, and the new pan will be automatically grabbed and placed in the pan storeroom.
